Braun Intertec, in partnership with the Wallin organization, recently awarded Minneapolis Southwest High School student, Mohamed Mohamed, with a college scholarship. At the welcoming reception held in June, our very own Dan Holte welcomed Mohamed as the first Braun Intertec Scholar recipient. Mohamed plans on pursuing a degree in Engineering at the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul.
This scholarship is part of our efforts to promote Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Education, and was supported, in part, by the Braun Intertec Foundation. This foundation oversees all charitable giving activities at Braun Intertec, including: Twice As Nice, Corporate Directed Giving, Volunteer Events and VTO, Pro Bono / In Kind Donations, Local Directed Giving and Corporate Sponsorships.
Wallin Education Partners work with many high schools and colleges in Minnesota to enable collegiate and career success in high-potential students with financial needs.
