These Terms only apply to our main website and not our portal which contains its own terms of use and privacy policy.

Governing Law

Any arbitration may, but need not be, administered by the American Arbitration Association and shall be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota. There shall be one arbitrator and the arbitration shall be in English. You understand you are waiving and giving up your rights to have any disputes determined in a court before a judge or jury.
