Charles M. Cadenhead, PE

Charles brings 25 years of experience in all aspects of transportation engineering, including planning, design, construction, and maintenance. With significant experience as both an engineer and construction manager for the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Charles provides unique insight to Minnesota’s transportation needs. Most recently, Charles served as the Associate Vice President at HDR Engineering and Construction Control Corporation. In this role Charles lead HDR’s Transportation Business Group, comprised of design and planning functions for highways, traffic, safety, project controls, transit, structures and freight transportation in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
