Frank Clark, PE, PG

Frank Clark has over 40 years of environmental experience and has been the project manager or principal-in-charge of over 2,500 environmental and geotechnical engineering projects throughout the northeast and southwestern United States and in Europe. Specific areas of technical expertise include Phase I and II environmental site investigations; geohydrologic investigations; vapor intrusion investigations and mitigation measures; landfill methane assessment and mitigation; geo-environmental engineering; and, evaluation/design of risk-based closure solutions for contaminated soil and groundwater.
