Kim Deibel joined Braun Intertec Corporation in 2020 as the Structure Sciences Technical Manager in the building and structure sciences department. Kim has over 20 years of experience as an engineer and project manager. Her experience ranges from the structural engineering, site investigation of storm and fire-damaged structures and assessments of historic buildings. She has been involved in both engineering and project management, including design, calculation and specification development, client and team member coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and task management. Kim has experience with the design and investigation of different types of building materials that include wood, steel, masonry, concrete, aluminum, and multi-wythe brick. She has been a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) since 2012 with multiple roles in the Minnesota Chapter including president in 2018. Kim is also a member of the Minnesota Structural Engineers Association and was the president in 2014.
