Braun Intertec is pleased to announce Cyle Erie, PE and Roch Player, PE, D.GE, PMP have joined the company’s engineering leadership team as vice president of client development and vice president of technical practice, respectively. The addition of Erie and Player follows the strategic hire of Texas engineering operations leader Denton Kort, PE to the 100% employee-owned geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and testing firm.

As vice president of client development, Erie will lead the growth of engineering and testing services nationwide and provide strategic insight into the growth of the company. As vice president of technical practice, Player will provide technical leadership and oversight of engineering and testing services for clients nationwide.
Erie brings 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry, with expertise in geotechnical engineering, design construction and development. He is known for his passionate, empathetic and collaborative approach to client success. Notably, Erie began his career at Braun Intertec as an engineering intern. Erie earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University.
Player has advised clients for 25 years, using his extensive technical knowledge to solve geotechnical, geological, construction, and civil engineering problems around the world. Specifically, he has developed specialized knowledge of construction and the design/build delivery of heavy infrastructure, facilities, and geohazard mitigation. Player returns to Braun Intertec after previous service to the company as a principal engineer. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Iowa State University. He also holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at Iowa State University.
