After an extraordinary 42-year journey, Marv Denne, vice president and principal consultant in the nondestructive examinations group, is set to retire on Thursday, July 20th. Though bittersweet, we wish Marv the best for this next chapter ahead.
Starting as a field technician in 1980, Marv’s journey led him to supervisor, group manager, and eventually vice president and officer of the organization. During his time with Braun Intertec, Marv has been an exceptional asset to our organization, evident in his commitment to teamwork and technical excellence. He played a pivotal role in developing a strong NDE program and expanding our services into new markets including North Dakota and San Antonio.
Marv has worked on numerous projects throughout his tenure, including the Mall of America, major sports arenas and universities in the upper Midwest, and large fabrication and manufacturing facilities. He’s enjoyed witnessing the growth of the NDE group and the technical excellence they have achieved, as well as the industry-wide reputation Braun Intertec has earned for its commitment to quality. However, Marv’s fondest memories of Braun Intertec involve the incredible clients and fellow employee-owners he has worked with along the way, with some relationships spanning over 35 years.
