Vice President - Principal EngineerCharles Brenner is the Principal Building Sciences Engineer for Braun Intertec. He has 40 years of professional experience, with extensive training and experience with construction issues related to building envelopes, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), investigating failures, and preparing recommendations for historic building restorations. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the American Society of Health Engineers (ASHE), and the American Consulting Engineers Council (ACEC.) Chuck is a licensed professional engineer (PE) and holds LEED AP accreditation.

Senior Environmental ScientistJennifer Wolff is a Senior Scientist and a Business Unit Leader in Braun Intertec’s Compliance and Permitting department. She has over 30 years’ experience in environmental consulting. Her experience includes investigation and remediation, solid waste permitting, hazardous waste permitting, spill prevention and control, and environmental training. She is a Professional Geologist in Minnesota as well as a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
