Property Condition Assessments
Our team of experienced professionals have a combined 60 years of experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for various clients as they need to do through a due diligence period as they prepare for purchasing or refinancing existing commercial property. The objective of the PCA is to describe the current condition of the property and document the type and approximate extent of physical deficiencies.
Our staff performs each PCA general conformance with ASTM Practice E 2018-15. With our diverse group of professionals, we are also able to tailor the Condition Assessment to fit the client’s needs if there are special conditions that are needed to be evaluated.
